it has come to my attention (i actually just looked up on google maps) that in fact my journey was only around 1700kms one way not the almost 3000 that i had been told (although looking back i can't really remember if i was told 3000 one way or return). so i felt i needed to let you all know! however if you've read my previous blog (thanks...), i'm sure you would still agree with me that it was an epic journey.
